The City and County of Swansea had to try and find a way to reduce costs with highway maintenance whilst still providing a high level of service. Conscious of environmental issues, the main vision was a continuation of their recycling policy in minimising highway waste to landfill by recycling the waste into aggregates for use in highway and construction works, whilst reducing the need for the purchasing of new quarried material.

As a business, escalating costs in landfill and waste material disposal forced them to look at alternative methods of getting rid of rubble in order to keep their business profitable.

With Paul being in the plant market, he saw a real issue with businesses not being able to get rid of rubble and waste material in a low cost and timely manner. The problem of finding a cost effective recycling system was one affecting a myriad of businesses from local farmers to large contractors.With this in mind he started to look around for a solution and found it with the RUBBLE MASTER RM60.
